Building homes in Los Angeles, one job at a time.
Waltco Development builds and remodels homes across Los Angeles — new construction, additions, kitchens and baths, cabinetry, finish carpentry and hardwood floors.
Licensed since 1991: we hold California contractor licence #625535 from the Contractors State License Board, with B General Building and C-15 Flooring classifications and a contractor's bond on file.
Waltco is owner-run. Walter Contreras is involved in every job, from the first estimate to the final walkthrough, and every client gets a written scope and estimate before work starts.

How we work
Our Process

Consultation
Tell us what you want to build. We reply, and for floors and remodels send a ballpark from our own price list.

Plans & permits
We work from your architect's or designer's plans, settle the scope, and pull the permits.
03
Construction
One licensed contractor runs the job, with regular updates and inspections along the way.
04
Final walkthrough
We walk the finished project with you and close out anything left before handover.
